To Begin Using The Momentum Trader’s Lounge, please print off or save this page for future reference:

Step 1: An email with your username and password will be sent to your inbox with the subject line “Lounge Access – Welcome!” Please open it and save that email in a folder. Some customers prefer to write it down and keep it in a safe place. If you don’t receive this email within the next 15 minutes, check your SPAM folder, call us directly at (919) 935-0010. Make sure to whitelist the email support@basecamptrading.com, as this is our primary communication channel for providing valuable information about the Momentum Trader’s Lounge. 

Step 2: Visit www.basecamptrading.com and login with the username/password we emailed you. 

Step 3:   Momentum Trader’s Lounge Access

• Live Trading Room: Join us in the Lounge Monday-Friday from 8 am to 12 pm Eastern for live trading sessions.

• You will receive new member onramp videos shortly, which are designed to help you acclimate to the Momentum Trader’s Lounge.

• Roy, Head of Customer Care, will contact you via telephone to ensure that you’ve received your valuable login information and help you find all the assets included in your membership.
